bingo8 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bingo8" / "Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at bingo8.cam and all associated services, features, and content provided thereunder.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the bingo8 platform.
• "Player" / "Member" / "User" means any natural person who has registered an Account and uses the bingo8 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held within a Player's bingo8 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine financial law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary gaming regulatory authority of the Republic of the Philippines.
• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the lawful currency of the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before associated winnings may be withdrawn.

References to applicable law include all statutes, regulations, and ordinances of the Republic of the Philippines in force at the relevant time, including but not limited to PAGCOR's regulatory issuances, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 as amended.

To register for and use the bingo8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You are accessing bingo8 from the Republic of the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed, by bingo8 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of bingo8 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You are not playing on behalf of another person or entity, whether directly or indirectly.

bingo8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of funds. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with eligibility is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offense under Philippine law.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) bingo8 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bingo8 reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any associated balances upon detection of duplicate registration.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information and must notify bingo8 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for the security of your bingo8 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. bingo8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are active will be attributed to you.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, bingo8 requires completion of Know Your Customer identity verification. This involves submission of a government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID) and a recent selfie for liveness verification. bingo8 processes KYC submissions within a reasonable period. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is fully approved.

All financial transactions on bingo8 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). bingo8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at bingo8's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PHP 50.00. Deposits are credited to your bingo8 Account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. bingo8 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose separate transaction fees for which bingo8 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your bingo8 Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100.00.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and linked to your bingo8 Account. bingo8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied in full.
• bingo8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing withdrawal requests and may request further documentation.

bingo8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Members who meet the conditions specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement — the stated multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered on eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports betting, and other categories may carry different contribution percentages. Full contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• bingo8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change will not adversely affect the terms of a bonus already credited to a Player's Account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
• bingo8 reserves the right to refuse, rescind, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was obtained through abuse, fraud, or exploitation of promotional terms.

Players who do not wish to receive bonus funds may opt out of any applicable promotion by declining at the point of deposit or by contacting bingo8 customer support prior to making a deposit.

bingo8 operates RNG (random number generator) based games that have been independently certified by third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures for all such games reflect independently verified long-run payout rates.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bingo8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register an Account if you do not meet the eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Creating more than one Account or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or account management.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime in connection with your bingo8 Account, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (as amended) or any other applicable Philippine law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the bingo8 Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or loopholes in the bingo8 Platform or its games for financial gain.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or regulatory restrictions applicable to the bingo8 Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior toward bingo8 staff or other Members.

All content on the bingo8 Platform — including but not limited to the bingo8 name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, game graphics, software, text, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of bingo8 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bingo8 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of any bingo8 content without express written permission.
• Use bingo8's trademarks, logos, or trade names in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without express written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any bingo8 software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bingo8's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bingo8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the bingo8 Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, regulatory actions, or scheduled maintenance.
• Loss of profits, opportunity, or gaming winnings attributable to technical malfunctions or system errors outside bingo8's direct control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bingo8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

bingo8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. Gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment. bingo8 urges all Players to game within their financial means and to recognize the signs of problem gambling.

bingo8 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Members, accessible at any time through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you fund your Account in a given period. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement, upon verification.
• Suspicion or detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or accounts registered in breach of the single-account policy.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• At the request of regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or in compliance with applicable Philippine law.
• Voluntary account closure at the Player's request.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than violation of these Terms, any verified remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus funds and any associated winnings accumulated through prohibited conduct are not eligible for return.

bingo8 shall not be liable to any Player for any loss or inconvenience arising from account suspension or termination carried out in good faith in accordance with these Terms or applicable regulatory requirements.

Your continued use of the bingo8 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting bingo8 customer support.

These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the bingo8 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact bingo8 customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. bingo8 aims to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.

Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms shall limit bingo8's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Where applicable, Players may also have the right to refer disputes to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. bingo8 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process initiated by PAGCOR.
